Absolutely terrible customer service. First time here. We dumped by accident about 30 yards from the pile, a guy raced up and just screamed at us that we couldn't dump there and that he wouldn't let us leave" if we didn't clean it up. This was an entire dump trailer of garbage

The staff at the bins are always helpfull . Most of the staff at the scale are friendly but today was greeted on the way out with hostility ..WHY so angry because im using debit instead of cash.and if your machine is being stubborn how is this my fault..I frequent this place and never complain about price or anything . I will still come here but need to Can the Garbage Queen Attitude! Wait that was punny!

The main staff are great and friendly, but the new guy at the hazardous waste station is extremely rude every time I go... He's horrible to deal with.

I've been here are few times and the staff are always wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are what they are, but I'll tell you this, anyone complaining about the price of dumping materials should try paying at waste transfer stations in Toronto, so I wouldn't really complain.Keep up the great work!!

Humberstone Landfill
I've been to many transfer stations in both Ontario and BC, and I can say that this is one of the best there is. Line ups are orderly, unloading docks are spacious for navigating trailers, and the staff are always helpful and polite - even when we toss cardboard in the bins by accident - they're pretty good sports about picking it out. We now have a (mostly) cleaned up property thanks to Humberstone. Worth the drive and worth the money.-KennPeninsula Welding
